《戰鬥陀螺》（日语：爆転シュート ベイブレード），中国大陆、台湾譯作战斗陀螺， 港澳譯作爆旋陀螺。该片是日本的動畫和漫畫作品，其漫畫版前期於快樂龍別冊《HERO》連載，後期於快樂龍雙週刊連載，於2004年16期結束。動畫版則由 d-rights 製作，並於東京電視台播出。內容是關於一群小孩利用含有「聖獸」的陀螺進行決鬥的故事。一般被認為是玩具公司 TAKARA 為促銷玩具（陀螺）而誕生的動漫畫作品。Beyblade (爆転シュート ベイブレード Bakuten Shūto Beiburēdo?) is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Takao Aoki. Originally serialized in CoroCoro Comic from 2000 to 2002, the individual chapters were collected and published in 14 tankōbon by Shogakukan. The series focuses on a group of kids who form teams with which they battle one another using highly powerful spinning tops called "Beyblades" which are enchanted with magical spirits.
The manga is licensed for English language release in North America by Viz Media. The manga was adapted into a three-season anime series. The first season, spanning 51 episodes, aired in Japan on TV Tokyo from January 8, 2001 to December 24, 2001. The second season, Beyblade V-Force, ran for another 51 episodes from January 7, 2002 until December 30, 2002. The third season, Beyblade G Revolution, also spanned 51 episodes (the 51st was a double-length special but was split into two episodes for the Western release) and ran from January 6, 2003, until its conclusion on December 29, 2003. The seasons are licensed by Nelvana for an English-language release in North America.
A new series of Beyblade has been released in 2009 (2010 in U.S.), entitled Beyblade: Metal Fusion (known as Metal Fight Beyblade in Japan). It features a new cast of characters and Beyblades. A sequel series has also been released in 2010 (2011 in U.S.), called Beyblade: Metal Masters.

高橋和希（1963年10月4日－），日本的漫畫家。
1990年，以高橋一雅名義發表處女作《鬥輝王之鷹》（闘輝王の鷹，在集英社的《週刊少年Jump》連載）。1991年同樣以高橋一雅名義發表《天燃色男兒BURAY》。1996年，筆名改為高橋和希，《遊戲王》連載開始。由《遊戲王》派生出來的交換卡片遊戲隨後席捲了市場。《遊戲王》的動畫與遊戲作品也大受歡迎。
Kazuki Takahashi (高橋 和希 Takahashi Kazuki?, also 高橋 一雅, born October 4, 1961 in Tokyo) is a manga artist, illustrator and game creator who created the manga Yu-Gi-Oh!, which led to the anime versions of it, Toei's Yu-Gi-Oh! and Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters (Internationally known as Yu-Gi-Oh!), as well as a spinoff manga (Yu-Gi-Oh! R), three spinoff anime (Yu-Gi-Oh! GX, Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's, and Yu-Gi-Oh! Zexal) and several video games, novels and books. In an interview with Shonen Jump Takahashi stated that his favorite manga from other authors included Akira by Katsuhiro Otomo, Jojo's Bizarre Adventure by Hirohiko Araki, and Dragon Ball by Akira Toriyama.

压力无所不在，只是程度上不同，每个人也都在不知不觉中对压力做出各种的调适。
专家说压力是一种刺激，如果是好的、舒服的、可以承受的，结果会成为推动人前进的力量；若是不好的、痛苦的、无法承受的,最终则是让人被压力压得无法喘息，
而出现一些压力症候群。
1．认识压力：要对压力有正确的认识，也就是认清压力因何而来，以及随之而来的要求。
2．善用支援：正确评估自己因应压力的能力，及拥有的支援，妥善运用身边的资源。
3．平日要未雨绸缪：时时刻刻补充、储存、活用脑力、体力、心力、行动力及资源力，此一来在面对压力时，即能从容以对。
4．适度地运动、休闲：运动可以刺激良善的脑内啡分泌，音乐舞蹈等节奏可以安定焦虑的情绪，要懂得适时地放松自己。
5.注意营养：良好的营养可以稳定神经系统，如多摄取不饱和脂肪，像鱼油及香蕉、乳制品等氨基酸含量高的食品。
6．保健身体：及早预防和治疗身体病痛，都可以促进情绪的正向化。
7．别怕看精神科：如果压力的情形已严重压迫到日常生活的进行，身体开始出现反弹，不妨咨询精神科医师，给压力正确的纾解管道。
早餐：乳类含有钙质和蛋白质，牛奶和1片低卡的乳酪，辅以奇异果(丰富的维生素C)。
午餐：以糙米饭配点蒸鱼(可挤些柠檬汁)、及1碗的生菜沙拉(沙拉酱可以自己将蛋黄、橄榄油、及磨碎后的核桃粉末调和)。
